I met Sofia on an absolutely gorgeous day at the end of spring break to take her graduation photos on FSU’s stunning campus. I love walking around campus with grads, reminiscing about their time at FSU, stopping to take photos at all the locations that are special to them, and marveling at the beauty of the university. I love to hear about their plans for the future and their excitement about graduation.

What a treat it was to photograph Kayla and Nevan’s beautiful wedding on February 3, 2024!
I teach photography at Thomas University, and Nevan was my student a couple of years ago. He was a very talented and creative photographer. He is also one of the nicest and most genuine people I have had the pleasure of knowing. I was so excited when he called me back in July 2023 and told me about his plans to propose to Kayla. He popped the question as the sun was setting on a beautiful evening at St. Mark’s Wildlife Refuge after a romantic dinner. After getting to know Kayla over the past year, I can say she is a perfect match for Nevan. She is just as sweet and special as he is. They share a strong faith, thoughtfulness, kindness, and deep love of family and for each other. They were married at the Homestead Barn in Monticello on a beautiful sunny day. I am so happy I could be a part of it, and I am so happy Nevan and Kayla found each other.

I have absolutely loved capturing baby Sawyer’s first year! It is such an honor to capture these wonderful moments with young families.
