FSU engagement portraits

This one was really special. Will is the son of a dear friend of mine, and I’ve known him since he was in middle school. He has grown into such an impressive young man! I was so excited for him when he announced his engagement to Hannah, and I was absolutely thrilled when he asked me to photograph their engagement portraits. I was so honored.

Hannah and Will met while they were both students at FSU. It’s where their love story began and is a very special place to both of them, so it was fitting that we took their engagement portraits on FSU’s beautiful campus.

As we walked around campus on a beautiful fall afternoon, stopping often to photograph the happy couple on the gorgeously landscaped campus, I got to know Hannah and thought of what a perfect match she is for Will. They are such accomplished, smart, kind young people. They told me excitedly about their plans for the future. I am so happy for them and so proud to have been able to capture these beautiful images of this exciting part of their lives.
