Celebrating Denise’s Graduation – Off to Vet School!
I had the honor of capturing Denise’s FSU graduation portraits on a beautiful fall day. Denise is a biology major with her sights set on a future in veterinary medicine.
We explored some of FSU’s most iconic spots, from Westcott Fountain and Ruby Diamond Auditorium, to Langford Green, making sure to highlight Denise’s vibrant personality and her excitement for what’s ahead. She brought along her mom, sister, and her sweet dog, so we made sure to capture some family photos on FSU’s beautiful campus.

If you are planning to honor your senior with an ad in the yearbook, now is the time to schedule a Senior Session. Yearbook ad deadlines are quickly approaching.
Senior Sessions are fun and relaxed. They usually take about an hour and a half. To get the best light, sessions are scheduled from about 6:00-7:30 pm until daylight saving time ends. After Nov. 3, they are usually scheduled from 5:00-6:30 pm. I have lots of good location ideas in Tallahassee, Thomasville, and the surrounding area if you don’t have something in mind. Each session is special, capturing the unique personality of every senior.

I had so much fun taking Maddie’s senior portraits in her family’s beautiful backyard. Such a sweet, gorgeous senior and such a special setting! I can’t wait to see what the future brings for Maddie! It’s going to be amazing!
What a treat it was to photograph Kayla and Nevan’s beautiful wedding on February 3, 2024!
I teach photography at Thomas University, and Nevan was my student a couple of years ago. He was a very talented and creative photographer. He is also one of the nicest and most genuine people I have had the pleasure of knowing. I was so excited when he called me back in July 2023 and told me about his plans to propose to Kayla. He popped the question as the sun was setting on a beautiful evening at St. Mark’s Wildlife Refuge after a romantic dinner. After getting to know Kayla over the past year, I can say she is a perfect match for Nevan. She is just as sweet and special as he is. They share a strong faith, thoughtfulness, kindness, and deep love of family and for each other. They were married at the Homestead Barn in Monticello on a beautiful sunny day. I am so happy I could be a part of it, and I am so happy Nevan and Kayla found each other.
